The short version: Earnrove doesn’t require accounts, doesn’t ask you to sign up, and doesn’t see the numbers you type into our calculators — they are processed entirely in your own browser. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
1. Information we don’t collect
Our calculators (tax estimators, profit calculators, payout converters, rate builders, and earnings estimators) run 100% in your browser using JavaScript. The income figures, prices, view counts, and other numbers you enter are never transmitted to our servers, stored, or shared. When you close the page, they’re gone.
2. Information you choose to share
If you contact us through our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing.
3. Analytics
We use WP Statistics, a self-hosted analytics tool, to understand which pages are visited. It does not track you across other websites, and IP addresses are anonymized. No data leaves our own server for analytics purposes.
4. Cookies
Earnrove uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies — for security (firewall) and caching, so pages load quickly and safely.
- Preference cookies — your cookie-consent choice, so we don’t ask twice.
- Advertising cookies — our ad partners may set cookies to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can control these through your browser settings.
5. Advertising
Earnrove is free forever and funded by ads. Third-party ad networks may collect anonymized information (such as device type or approximate location) to serve and measure ads. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Data security
We protect the site with a web application firewall, security monitoring, and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the limited data we hold.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal information you’ve sent us via the contact form. To make a request, contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Earnrove is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
